Return and Refund Policy:

• All sales are final for all custom orders completed and shipped. 
• Lost shipments are refundable, and can be replaced once verified with 3rd party shipper.

Terms  and Conditions

• All custom orders are not refundable once final design approval is received. 
• All orders shipped via 3rd party are billed COD. 
• Any changes made to a design after initial design approval is received, will incur an additional fee.
• All custom orders will require a mock-up design approval before sending to production.
• All custom orders are subject to 1-2 weeks wait time for production and shipping, once design approval is received.
• Any apparel that is out of stock, or with a wait time of 3-4 weeks, will have production started once received. 
• All custom orders shipped 3rd party are billed prior to shipping, and payment is due upon delivery. Cashiers check or money orders only.
• Shipping address will need to be verified and confirmed on all custom orders, including recurring customers. 

Privacy Policy

• All designs made in-house are proprietary to The T Shirts Place. It is inclusive of any and all design templates, images, fonts, colors, branding, logo, 
• The T Shirts Place does not sell, reproduce, distribute, manipulate, alter or distort any design images, fonts, colors, logos, or branding with the express intent to illegally reproduce or disseminate copyrighted material. 
• The T Shirts Place reserves the right to create, manipulate, and overwrite any images, logos, colors, branding, verbiage, and/or image size, resolution, and any variation of the design elements with the express intent of creating, distributing, producing, manufacturing, and fulfilling custom orders. 
• The T Shirts Place reserves the right to maintain, store, and archive all designs for up to 1 year from its original creation.
